This project started out as a simple science inquiry question to our students.
"What living things would you find in our schoolyard?" Their responses
were great as they enthusiastically gave a variety of answers. Each student
was then asked to demonstrate their knowledge of the subject by making a
cluster of schoolyard life on yellow construction paper.
