My name is Zaily Pascual and I am the mentor for the Alpha team. I am a Biomedical Engineering Senior at the University of Miami. As a mentor, my duties include overseeing all the activities of the team, making sure that they are progressing in their projects. I answer any questions and give advice. I also encourage them to work together as a team to achieve their goals. I have really enjoyed working with Girls R.I.S.E. this summer. As a female engineer, it has been a wonderful experience exposing middle school girls to the exciting field of engineering.
