Welcome to my homepage.
My name is Muhil , and I am a student attending Herbert A. Ammons Middle School. I am in 7th grade.

I am interested in Math, Science, and Computer Programming as well as the Enginerring Field. I am definetely thrilled to be with other girls who also enjoy science and engineering. Now I am attending the G.R.E.A.T. Program which stands for Girls Redesigning and Excelling in Advanced Technology.

I was born in Miami, Florida. I normally like hot weather but not too hot. I also enjoy cold weather just as well.as I like hot weather but I dislike weather below 60°

Besides what subjects I like, my other hobbies are to talk on the phone, play around, make as many friends as I possibly can, go online, and surf the internet.

One of the MANY  interesting things that I saw while touring in the "Miami Museum of Science" was, "The Mayan Glyph Panel".

The Mayan Glpyh Panel is a Panel that has a sophisticated writning system with characters that incorporated both imagaes and syllables. The Mayan Glyph Panel is found in the Temple of Inscriptions at Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico. The Panel shows the important events that took place in the life of Mayans. Some Glyph Panels had writings that were direction to the Mayan city as a secretive map.

Here is a "Mayan Glyph" from the Temple of Inscriptions at Palenque.

Do you know women who are scientists, mathematicians, engineers, or work with computers? Are there any women like this in your family? In your family's circle of friends?

I know quite a few women who are invovled in the engineering, mathematics, computers, and science field. First of all, My mom is a Microbiologist. Also some of my mom's friends are in the science career field. Most of today's people are heading for the Computer field because of the greater income as well as the advancement of technology. Same goes for the Enigneering field. There are various different carrers in the Engineering field. There are Contructional, Computer, Electrical, Hydrovascular, etc. engineers. So there are many women who currently are scientists or engineers or computer people in today's growing world.
