Manipulated cotton fabric, embellished, machine pieced and machine quilted.
This quilt began life on graph paper as the traditional broken dishes pattern surrounded by the traditional log cabin pattern. However, in the wake of Hurricane Andrew it evolved into this tumultuous and disjointed concept reflecting emotions caused by the disaster that was Hurricane Andrew.
