The after school program should be a time for expanded learning opportunities for all children. "Project Effort" is offered by Miami Springs Middle School to provide the hands on, real life experience presented in an exciting format by an enthusiastic and skilled faculty.

Skills learned at "Project Effort" will be taught using creative, exploratory and remedial methods. It is our belief that personally experienced learning provides a joy which is purposeful and has lasting meaning.

We will provide a safe, nurturing environment. Children will participate in activities which are productive alternatives to the world of drugs, alcohol, abuse and violence.
