Exhibit Photographs - QuickTime VR - Mural

Sharks and their kin have evolved into many spectacular shapes through the ages. This mural, part of the "Sharks " exhibit, shows artist Ray Troll swimming among living and extinct cartilaginous fish. When Ray paints he fills in the information missing from the fossil record with his extensive knowledge of prehistoric sharks and his creative imagination. The results show what the ancient creatures may have looked like.
