SpaceOLÉ Standards
The SpaceOLÉ curriculum correlates with the National Science Education Standards and the Florida Sunshine State Science Standards assessed by the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). For your reference, the standards are listed below, and can be used in your lesson plans in correlation with your district's curriculum.
NSES Standards
The SpaceOLÉ curriculum supports several National Science Education Standards. Each Challenge Card at the Discovery and Voyager levels, for example, indicates the NSES content standards addressed by the challenge question. At the Explorer level, students develop their own questions, and each card includes a space where they may indicate the content standards addressed by the question.
NETS Standards
The SpaceOLÉ curriculum correlates with the National Educational Technology for Students (NETS). For your reference, the standards are listed below, and can be used in your lesson plans in correlation with your district's curriculum.
