The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science wishes to acknowledge the Children’s Trust for its generous support of our program through funding that provides scholarships to non-profit organizations that enable abused, neglected, and disadvantaged children to attend summer camp classes.

 

Environmental Explorers- The Reclamation Project

Environmental Explorers- The Reclamation Project - EE AD
Explore and protect Miamiís threatened ecosystems. Campers will make a positive impact on the environment as they kayak, snorkel and hike off the beaten path. Practice environmental stewardship, start a nursery, restore a natural area, and do eco-art! PREREQUISITES: Good swimming skills and ability to tread water. Campers should wear a bathing suit and bring sunscreen, a hat, a towel, water, bug spray, and a change of clothes. Campers must bring their own work gloves, mask, snorkel and fins. Life jackets will be provided.
