Camps
- Camp-Ins
Camp-Ins are a great way for your group to immerse themselves in a science experience never to be forgotten! In addition to an evening of science activities, Camp-Ins are overnight adventures where students can sleep amongst the exhibits. These fun-filled evenings will be offered at different times throughout the month. Exciting themes such as, Dino's Den, CSI Museum, A Night at the Museum and Halloween Adventures, will be included in this year's lineup.
- Wacky Workdays
It's time to get WACKY at the Miami Science Museum! During teacher workdays, the Museum offers exciting and educational classes that are sure to appeal to the scientist in everyone.
- Spring Camp 2010
Turn those days off from school into a week of science fun at the Miami Science Museum. From fossils to space, everyday is a new topic and a adventure. Campers will also get to experience two new exhibits, planetarium star shows and live animal interactions.
- Summer Camp 2010 (Register Now!)
Join us for our 44th annual Summer Camp. We’ve added new classes and an extra hour of camp at no extra charge! Classes are available for kids ages 3 to 14, from June 21st to August 13th.
- Winter Camp
Winter Camp is back at the Miami Science Museum! Kids will have a holiday blast attending one-day workshops with a music and environmental theme.

- Technology Integration Professional Development Solutions (PDF)
The Museum's Technology-Trainer Enhancement Center (T-TEC) has extensive experience in the design and implementation of technology-based professional development programs. T-TEC staff has
developed more than 40 inservice training modules, in use in Florida and throughout the country by tens of thousands of technology staff developers and teachers. All programs are designed to support
national standards for technology, science and/or mathematics. Programs may be customized for your school or district's professional development needs, and may be held at your site or at the Museum.
- ECHOS (Early Childhood Hands-On Science)
Are your students getting enough science in their diet? Don't miss the chance to check out this hands-on workshop designed for the early childhood educator. Participants develop techniques needed to present age-appropriate science concepts using an investigative and interactive format.
