Every year, the Miami Science Museum hosts Snake Day, a community event featuring snakes and the people who love them. This year, nearly 1,000 people came to the Museum to celebrate all things herpetological and 125 brought their pet snakes with them!
This year, Snake Day included several special events, including a Hot Snake Show, Snake Jeopardy, Venom One presentations, and a photo exchange. It also featured the annual contest for the best, biggest, and most unusual pets. This year's winners are:
